We specialize in new construction and rehabilitation of multi-family residential, serving market-rate & affordable housing developments (HUD / LIHTC / FHA / ADFA). Ensuring every project meets the highest standards, THF has delivered over 12,000 safe and affordable dwelling units through collaboration with industry leaders. Accessibility is paramount in our designs, therefore we leverage the latest standards to ensure all our designs are inclusive. THF is a passionate advocate for Building Information Modeling (BIM). While Autodesk Revit has become the industry standard, THF was an early adopter and continues to remain at the forefront. BIM ultimately benefits the owner, allowing for seamless and accurate coordination of all building elements in one model, eliminating conflicts and saving time and money throughout the design and build process.

- Our initial creative spark comes from sketching, iterating, and translating those ideas into our Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. We present our concepts to you early and often, to foster collaboration and gather your feedback. This open communication helps us avoid costly mistakes later in the project and ensures the final design aligns with your vision.
- Construction Documents & Permits:
- Following design approval, we translate the intent into detailed plans and specifications. These documents serve as a roadmap for contractors, allowing them to accurately estimate costs and secure necessary components. We will work closely with the construction team to ensure the design stays within budget and meets all jurisdictional requirements.
- Bringing Your Vision to Life:
- With permits obtained and final construction documents in hand, construction can start. Throughout the building process, we conduct regular inspections, maintain open communication with the contractor, and advocate for your goals to ensure a seamless execution.
